About
Sarah is the founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit Guía Collective, developing the next generation of women-of-color and gender-expansive POC leaders in tech.
She is also currently a Senior Design Manager at Counterpart Health and a design leader and strategy consultant for social impact organizations, most recently the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
Previously, she led design and research at Google, was the Founding Designer at Benchling (Series F), and was a Design Lead at Yammer (Microsoft).
